James began his career in the training sector in 1999 before launching Newtons in 2014. He brings extensive industry and recruitment experience, with deep knowledge of our specialist markets and particular expertise in senior appointments and executive search.

Jeevan has worked in recruitment since 2018, specialising across Learning, Accountancy and Support Services. He combines strong market knowledge with a people focused approach to supporting clients and candidates.
